The raw materials used in production are prepared using technological systems developed by Merart. All materials undergo laboratory quality testing before being approved for production.

STRONG BONDING AND HIGH DURABILITY

The back surface of each product is designed to create a strong bond with the adhesive mortar. Special recesses and surface geometry allow the mortar to integrate more effectively with the stone.

This structure increases the product’s grip on the wall and provides a reliable foundation for long-lasting applications.

THERMAL AND ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE

Controlled air pockets created within the stone during production contribute to its lightweight structure while supporting its thermal and acoustic performance.

Corner elements produced for Merart manufactured stone and brick models conceal visible joints, allow the cladding to continue seamlessly around the wall, and create a more natural and integrated finish.

DIGITAL TEXTURE SUPPORT FOR ARCHITECTS

Architects and designers need to visualise selected surfaces accurately before a project is built.

Digital texture files for Merart products are prepared for use with architectural design and visualisation software such as Lumion, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, and Archicad. These files are provided free of charge to industry professionals.

This allows Merart products to be incorporated into presentations and three-dimensional visualisations with accurate colour, scale, and texture properties.

CONTROLLED PRODUCTION AND QUALITY STANDARDS

Every stage of production, from raw material preparation and moulding to colouring and final quality control, is monitored in accordance with established standards.

The Merart manufactured stone factory operates across a total area of 11,000 m², including 4,500 m² of indoor facilities and 6,400 m² of outdoor space.
